The Aviator’s Kitchen is a unique culinary concept in Haute Mauricie to showcase Casey’s local products from agriculture, livestock, fishing, hunting and gathering. Starting in the spring of 2023, Base Camp Casey will inaugurate an agricultural greenhouse and a mini farmhouse that will operate under the name The Aviator’s Farm”. Over time, the items offered will be transformed to offer a 100% Casey menu… or almost! In addition, part of the profits generated by The Aviator’s Kitchen as well as part of the harvest produced by The Aviator’s Farm will be donated to schools in the region to promote healthier nutrition among young people in the community.
The Aviator’s Kitchen organizes culinary events several times a year based on different themes and ingredients, cooked and presented by Naor Cohen, instigator of the concept. To create a unique and personalized experience, groups are limited to a maximum of 12 people around a large informal table.
In addition, The Aviator’s Kitchen will be responsible for creating menus for special
events such as the AeroVenture and the Casey Half Marathon. The menus will be adapted according to the events and the seasons. On request, the dining room can be open during other times of the year.
