At the Casey Base Camp we offer three types of accommodations to serve the CSQ4 airfield aviation community year round. Whether you come to the Casey Base Camp for one night, a weekend or for a long stay, you will be warmly welcomed.

The Casey Base Camp is 100% off-grid and an eco-recreational tourism project. From electricity consumption, the use of drinking water as well as the generation of waste, we ask all visitors to think about the environment and the limited access to resources.

Bedroom

Welcome to our multi-purpose cabin/FBO at Casey Base Camp. You want to rent a room for an
evening or the entire pavilion for a private event, we are here to welcome you, we have three rooms available. You have access to indoor toilets, conference room, dining room, relaxation lounge and on request the kitchen for groups. Each room rental includes and gives access to:

Domes

We have six (6) domes available for short and long term rental. Our domes are insulated and equipped to welcome you during the summer season until the first snow. Each domes is equippedwith tw o single beds which can be joined to make a large queen bed.
Each dome is equipped with:

  • 2 single beds
  • Table and two chairs
  • Furniture
  • Private terrace
  • 2 Adirondack chairs on the terrace
  • Dishwashing area*
  • Access to the toilet block

IMPORTANT: You must bring your sleeping bag and/or blanket and pillow.

Prospector Tent

The Casey Base Camp offers the option of camping in our luxurious prospector tent measuring 13′ x 13′ on a beautiful wooden deck. Camping is suggested between the months of May and September, but not recommended from mid-June to mid-July due to the increased presence of mosquitoes and horse flies. Happy camping! During your stay you will have access to the facilities and equipment:

Camping Under the Wing/Wild

Free

The Casey Base Camp offers the option of camping under the wing of your plane on our huge
tarmac at the edge of the forest or even wild camping on our huge land. Camping under the wing as well as wild camping is suggested between the months of May and September, but not
recommended from mid-June to mid-July due to the increased presence of mosquitoes and horse flies. Happy camping! Services to facilitate your stay are available to members of the Club “Les Amis de la Piste d Casey”:

*At the Casey Base Camp you are in luxury camping mode in our domes or in wild
camping/underwing mode, in both cases you must be 100% independent for all your drinking water needs as well as your meals. We have provided you with a sink for washing your dishes, the water comes from our rainwater catching system which is stored in our black tanks which are heated by solar energy.
